Accompanied by her "Dark Tide" costar beau Olivier Martinez, the Oscar-winning actress toted her darling little girl in her arms as she held on tight to her balloon party favor.

The family outing comes as Ms. Berry is readying for her alleged stalker Richard Franco's trial to get underway on January 19th.Franco currently faces up to six years and eight months behind bars for counts of felony burglary and stalking, which stem from three incidences in which he was caught by Berry's security team while trying sneak onto her property this past summer.
